Restaurant where each dish is a delight, creative and perfectly executed and measured. This is reflected in the price, but it is completely justified given the quality. The staff takes great care, the service is impeccable. The atmosphere/decor is chic... but totally neutral, without any soul. It's a failure for my taste, cold and impersonal. Perfect for a business meal. It's not what I like, but nothing to complain about, and it will suit a whole clientele.

Belonging to the Valère clinic, this excellent restaurant, little known to the public, is located in the heart of the town of Sion. The cuisine is exquisite and the presentation very careful. There is great research and a subtle balance in the flavors of the dishes. Also in the service, a beautiful, very dynamic team is there to listen to you and will be able to fulfill your desires. Thank you all for the wonderful evening spent in this beautiful restaurant.

Très bel endroit et la cuisine est très soignée. On peut vraiment qualifier cet emplacement de haut de gamme . Le service mérite une mention toute particulière. La patronne est vraiment extrêmement attentionnée. Lorsque nous avons mangé, le service était un peu lent. Je pense qu 'il s 'agit de calibrage d 'avant saison.

Very nice place and the kitchen is very neat. This location can truly be described as “upscale”. The service deserves a special mention. The boss is really extremely attentive. When we ate, the service was a little slow. I think it's pre-season calibration. Reserva una mesa ahora
