Cafe-Restaurant Ostland

We usually arrive on the way to/from Eastland after hiking/hiking or riding a bicycle/horse. It is a good stop to charge your batteries by sitting outside and enjoying some buckthorn cakes or other sweets the café offers. Family-friendly, rooms for many bikes to park (not horses, spirit; they should be brought back to the stable before going to the café. Just a short walk from the beach, you can even come here along the water line (best at low tide from Eastland or the main beach near the city center. Prices are reasonable and the food quality was good when we were here. The staff is usually also friendly; during peak hours (weekend leave is necessary a little patience. All in all, see yours...

It is 5 km outside Borkum and you can reach it on foot, by bus or bicycle. The place is large and specialized in fish dishes, meat, salads and vegetarian dishes. Very attractive location and cozy interior, nice staff. I arrived in the afternoon and could choose between different cakes. Had a good cappuccino and a genever to warm up. I'll come back to eat their fish dishes. It's really one of the best places on Borkum. You also have a special menu for milk products sour milk, ice cream, yogurt, refreshing. If the weather in Ostland offers a very spacious and beautiful outdoor area. Just perfect.

who wants to eat super in a super atmosphere, with great team, must absolutely eat here! nothing to mecker! the ingredients great and great dressed! All around you have the feeling you like to see as a hospitable!!

you sit comfortably, inside and outside. we recommend the thick milk, and the ice. Delicious.Good to reach foot through the dunes, with the wheel or also with cute or bus.

Good food and friendly staff. Beautiful terrace to sit outside and the meals are very tasty and beautiful portions
