I liked this place for the past 5 years but it just downgraded overtime. Main complaint is the service. I’ve gotten delivery from here the past 6 months which was something I never done before. I usually order the burrito with the sides and a drink but the past few deliveries was always something missing. No sauce, no extra sauce, no chips, or no drink. I don’t know why it’s a habit for them to forget to put the sauces. The final straw was when I got my recent burrito and it was lazily wrapped, like no effort was put in. The staff were exceptional, the food was superb. The tortillas are exquisite. I always appreciate their positive energy each time I visit, they always greet me with a smile. It is consistently satisfactory. Vegetarian options: Rice, Beans, Mild sauce only, Vinegarette only, Roasted Seasonal Vegetables, Fajita Vegetables, all vegetables. Chips.
My wife and I go there almost weekly and I really like horchata . Lately they are always out so I'm stuck drinking something other than what I wanted staff really doent seem like it's not a big deal but if it's always out it must be popular or the just don't make it . That's my gripe with this restaurant
Beware!!! This business is untrustworthy. The car wash damaged my vehicle while it was on the track due to a malfunction, causing it to pop out. The owner has refused to communicate with us and hung up on us several times. All the employees avoided us, and it felt like everyone was hiding.

I ordered $52 worth of food through DoorDash, and it was incredibly salty, to the point that it tasted as if a whole salt shaker had been dumped on it. It was completely inedible. On top of that, I have high blood pressure, so now I'll be up at 10 PM needing to drink a lot of water.
The food service area was a mess. The portion was small even compared to the pictures depicting what I was ordering. For most of the items in my bowl, the server was scrapping the bottom of the containers to serve me. Not enjoyable experience. Now I remember why I don't go there.
The food here is fresh and delicious. The service is quick and incredibly friendly. The staff goes out of their way, often in unexpected ways, to enhance my experience. If you show them respect, they'll repay it tenfold. They never let me down!
Food and service were great. Dining room was not very clean and the patio was disgusting. Looked like it hadn't been tended to in months. Dirt/leaves, dirty tables/chairs with cobwebs. Could be a pleasant experience, but it wasn't.

The food tasted good, but the burrito bar line was gross looking like it had been sitting for a long time. Also, lots of near empty items. My burrito was soaked and fell apart immediately. Two entrees was $30. Not at all worth it.
Cafe Rio's new bowls are amazing, everything is fresh, staff are pleasant.
