For me, Vietnamese food is wonderful when you’re feeling fat, hungover or just in need of some good cleansing food! Lucky Cafe Saba is 2 minutes away from me, when one of these, or all 3 of these emotions take hold! The lemongrass chicken is delicious, pork ball skewers a little questionable on the mystery meat side, but that’s what they do! Cold Seafood salad is tasty and fresh but way too much celery for my liking, some other veges in there would have been good and maybe a couple more prawns. The pho is good, not the best I have had as it is always about the stock, but good enough. Pork and broken rice is plain and simple but nicely cooked. The prices are quite good here, considering there are not too many places to go in Norwood where you won’t come out spending under $100! So thanks for being well priced Saba! You can also DIY cold rolls here and there is plenty to choose from on the menu. Will be returning just to try the rest of the menu! Because you can afford to!

Ive been here twice due to high recommendations of Cafe Saba and i'm unsure what all the fuss is about. Both times service is below average, food was delivered to our table at different times having some of us finish while others just beginning and we definitely think msg is used due to most of us feeling off after. First time i was with a group of 4 and the last time in a group of 3. Overall, the food and drinks are relatively priced and sitting outside is quite relaxing as its tucked away from the busy end of The Parade but I personally wouldnt go back in a hurry.

We were in a hurry to have something light & fresh for lunch. We shared prawn cold rolls, I had pho & my partner had mushroom, chicken soup. My pho was a small serve but it was sizeable! Friendly & efficient service. This place was recommended to us & we felt it was worth the visit. On a beautiful sunny day sitting in the courtyard makes a delicious meal enjoyable. Next time we'll come back & take the time to relax & enjoy the food.

If your looking for a great combination Pho this is the place for you. So difficult to find in Adelaide. I go there regularly with my daughter & very fussy on both service & quality of food. I have always found them to be polite and the food delicious. Maybe they have to force a smile now and again (we all have our bad days) they're trying and that's what counts, they never rude.
