We ended up at this restaurant after finding out that Maria's bakery down the street had sold out of tamales. The busy parking lot was a good sign, and it was encouraging to see nearly every table occupied inside. It looked like everyone was enjoying their Sunday bowls of menudo. Absolutely fantastic! This place feels like a family-run establishment, with three generations of Mexican women working together. On my first visit, I went to pick up three dozen tamales after coming across a recommendation on Yelp. The older woman suggested that the youngest member serve me a green chili tamale and a red pork tamale. Both were exceptional!
3. If you purchase frozen raw tamales, you'll need to steam them for approximately 2 hours. For frozen cooked tamales, thawing will take about 45 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of steaming. They're ideal for camping! We brought the cooked tamales with us to Burning Man this past August, and they were a huge hit!
This restaurant is fantastic! It's a quaint, cozy place that feels just like my grandma's home cooking. I enjoyed a delicious bowl of pozole with all the toppings this morning with my dad, and I was truly amazed that it isn’t busier. They also offer free Wi-Fi. I give it a perfect 5 stars!

Everything was incredible! I stayed nearby for a few days and had both lunch and breakfast at the restaurant. The tamales, burritos, and breakfast selections were outstanding!
