What on earth has happened to the cafe? To arrive at 12.45 p.m. and find only some scones (very dry I have tried them before , one single delicious looking pastry from a Fife bakery, and some vegan/gluten free offerings (dry and tasteless I have tried them also before . The sandwiches are not of good quality soggy bread and tasteless fillings. No complaints about the coffee. The staff are friendly and efficient. Perhaps the cafe is concentrating on the lunch menu, as it seems to close very early in the afternoon (often around 2.30 p.m. just the very time when people are coming in looking for coffee and cake. The cafe was nicely refurbished last year, and it is a pity that the refreshments of...

After a walk around the museum and galleries I decided to have a snack here, as it was convenient being situated within the same building. Not a huge selection to choose from but they had the likes of sandwiches, soup, baked potatoes, toasties and a selection of traybakes. I opted for egg mayonnaise sandwiches which came with a little salad and coleslaw, and a latte. Service was friendly enough. The café seating area is of a fair size, and there are 'Wemyss Pottery ' exhibits along one wall, in display cases, with some information at the sides about each piece. Enjoyable snack, but I felt in general, all things considered, that the prices err on the high side, and for this reason I wouldn 't...
This cafe is situated in Kirkaldy Art Gallery. The gallery is well worth visiting with a wonderful selection of Scottish Colourists. Unfortunately the cafe isn't quite up to the standard you would expect. The staff are extremely friendly but the sandwiches were of poor quality and the service very slow. We ordered a cheese and ham panini and it took 20 minutes for them to toast it. I think they are over complicating things as the panini turned up with salad, crisps and chutney. I would have much preferred a higher quality panini without the extras. If you just want a tea or coffee then this cafe is fine
I am pleased to review one of my favourite lunch eating place, it is within the Library and Museum on the scenic grounds. Today I had a lovely fresh brown roll with Tuna and Side salad, followed by Iced Fruit cake that I call wedding cake, and a cup of there delicious Lang Spoon Coffee, the staff are wonderful and carry out there job to perfection Reserva una mesa ahora
What a superb café this is light and airy ,clean and modern . We dropped in for a scone and coffee and were very taken with the quality . A nice selection on the small menu and very friendly and helpful staff . No wonder it is a busy place ideal for meeting up for a blether .
Came here for the vettriano exhibition and as we were early we came to this lovely cafe inside the galleries We both had cappuccinos and slices of very tasty cake which were bought to us The staff were very friendly and attentive and the whole place very clean
Dropped in for lunch . This is a friendly wee cafe attached to the library Well lit and plenty of seating with a small but good range of meals on the menu . Quite popular when we went in at 12.00 . A good range on the childrens menu as well
We were up here in Kirkcaldy after driving up from Nottingham, with a Northumberland stop off. We were visiting Kirkcaldy Arts Centre had coffee cake in Weymss. This was must enjoyable we would recommend. Reserva una mesa ahora
