The quality of this restaurant has noticeably declined. Their online ordering system for curbside pickup or advance orders is frequently unavailable. Even when I was able to pick up my order, it was simply left on a table in the lobby, where I saw someone rummaging through another customer's order. This time, we chose to go inside to place our order, only to find the restaurant nearly empty. The young staff members seemed to lack basic customer service skills. First the staff was really friendly and the food was great. Two of us went and got a late night dinner. The guy offered some great suggestions and was overall really happy. However the location is really really run down. It's clear that the franchise owner or corporate really has neglected basic upkeep. A clearly broken table is laying in a corner in pieces, the soda machine is a total disaster with leaks, buildup on the sides, and the list goes on. I'm surprised the health department has allowed them to keep that soda machine in service. That service area is in need of some serious repairs.
