I’ve walked by here several times and I always thought it looked like such a cute place. Finally had a chance to stop in and take it in. Coming in I thought we had to order at the till but to my surprise they said to go find a seat and we will come serve you. Another surprise was once they brought the food and drinks over the waitress right away had us pay for it. I had the Indian coffee and it was really flavourful. Honestly I don’t really recall the service as it was bare minimum. But the croissant I had was delish. I would come back for the food, drinks and atmosphere.
Wonderful restored Victorian house, with delicious freshly baked breakfast items. We ate there 2 days in a row for breakfast and both times the food was great. Had fresh steel-cut oatmeal (asked me if i wanted it made with milk or water) and a chocolate croissant the first morning, and a breakfast parfait, and a regular croissant the second. My friend had a custom made hot coffee and milk drink and a delicious Danish. Woman owned business. No screens allowed in the main downstairs room. Also had a small patio. Lovely!
"I had a great experience at this restaurant. The Indian coffee was delicious and reminded me of homemade coffee. It was a nice change from the usual options like Tim Hortons or Starbucks. It's a perfect place to relax and read a book. I appreciated the rule prohibiting screens, as it created a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The vegetarian options were also fantastic - this is one of the few places that offers such a good selection for vegetarians."
Cute little cafe with a variety of drinks and some food. Beautiful outdoor area with tons of greenery. The service people were very attentive and made sure we got our orders right away. Prices were reasonable. Samosa was a bit expensive at $5 for a small piece with dipping. There is street parking available. Definitely go there for the ambiance. Tech is limited there (phone, laptop, etc).

My visit to the cafe was absolutely superb! The atmosphere and vibe were wonderful, making for a cozy setting. The service, particularly from Roop, was exceptional. She was very friendly and attentive during my time there, which only added to the enjoyment of my visit. I'm already looking forward to returning!
Good place for coffee and sweets but not so sure about food…paid $14 for chicken noodle soup and a bubly water. The soup was $9 and the cheap canned campbells kind…so I paid $9 for canned soup and $4 for a can of bubly? My friends tomato soup was also clearly canned.
We had one of the best café experiences in Vancouver at this restaurant! The food and drinks were amazing, and the ambiance was perfect on a cozy summer afternoon. Special thanks to the friendly staff who made our anniversary brunch extra special!
Drop by a cozy cafe for a quick bite. The heritage building made great atmosphere. They have more seats in the outdoor patio and upstairs. Pretty good coffee and scones. A little bit pricey but the portion is big.
