When I arrived, there was a long line, but that's typical for this place. Finally, when it was my turn, the guy took my order for coffee and a pastry. He got the pastry, then proceeded to take the order from the guy behind me and started making his drink. Meanwhile, the woman at the other register finished with her customer, checked to see if the guy behind me was all set, and then started cleaning. She didn’t even bother to check on me, and I was left standing there like a fool, waiting for someone—anyone—to make my drink. But nobody did. So, I ended up walking out. This used to be my favorite part of visiting Legacy Place, but not anymore.
Long line when I got here, but they’re usually busy. I finally get up there, guy takes my coffee and pastry order. Gets the pastry. Then takes the order of the guy BEHIND me and starts making HIS drink. Woman covering the other register finished with the person who had been ahead of me, checked to see if the guy behind me was set and started cleaning. Didn’t bother to check with me, I was still standing at the register like an idiot waiting for someone, ANYone, to maybe make my drink. Nope. I walked out. Used to be my favorite part of coming to Legacy Place to shop. No more.
Really wish you didn’t get rid of the 8oz cup as an option for cappuccinos. Very odd; you have the cup size in your cafe but every time I ask for it your employee say they can’t because there is no button?? Doesn’t make any sense. Cappuccinos are meant to come in smaller cups. If I wanted a milk filled drink in a 12oz cup, I would’ve ordered a latte. I never have this issue in the Boston locations but for some reason this Dedham location always gives me a hard time.
The service at this restaurant is extremely slow. They seem to lack any understanding of efficiency and customer service. I waited in line for 20 minutes just to get a simple cup of hot coffee. They really need to have someone focused on quickly handling basic orders like coffee and pastries. I won't be returning.

Rude service. Usually staff is polite but sometimes they are overworked and stress gets into them. Anyway that’s not an excuse for being rude.Please, listen your customer before starting preparing the order.
The prices are reasonable, but I'm not impressed with the quality. It seems the staff may not be adequately trained to prepare a good cappuccino or green tea latte. The regular coffee is just average.
It's unusual that the restrooms are locked more than half an hour before closing time.
This is an incredible place to visit with friends and family. I highly recommend it!

Everything was best including promo. Line moves slowly but otherwise great.
I really enjoy Café Nero, particularly their pastries and sandwiches.
