When paying the prices they charge at this restaurant, one would expect at least some basic level of service. I'm not expecting to be treated like royalty, but the lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. It feels like they are not taking their job seriously.

I visited this restaurant twice while in Alma. The staff were very polite and accommodating, even though I don't speak French. They offer an English menu, which was helpful. The poutine gravy could use some improvement, but the beer was delicious.
