The bagels at this restaurant were just okay. They were not very soft and chewy, and the crust was a bit on the soft side. I remember them being better when I first tried them here. I prefer a chewy and soft dough with a crispy crust. When I get a fresh bagel in the morning straight out of the ovens, I am in heaven. The staff were friendly and quick, but I found it unnecessary that they spoke to each other in Spanish before other customers. While I speak Spanish myself, I found it rude, especially when they seemed to be discussing customers.
