At Cali Kabob, I was mistakenly charged for a drink despite only ordering water, as iced tea wasn’t available and the menu listed only water and tea as options. The chicken was undercooked and cold, and the beef kabob station stayed empty for about 15 minutes before being refilled. Additionally, there was no bread offered. When serving myself from the buffet-style soup, I had to reuse the same dish for multiple servings. To make matters worse, the staff member who handled my bill was quite unprofessional.
