California Fish Grill

My family had a wonderful time here. We were a party of 10 on a busy Sunday so it was such a pleasant surprise to receive such great service from the staff. Chris (I think he was the manager) was more than happy to take care of us the whole time he took all of our orders with patience, and also made sure to check in on us even after we’ve ordered and sat down. He and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made our dining experience at a rather casual place so pleasant and comfortable. We went for my mom’s birthday as it’s her favorite place, so she was very delighted. The food was delicious as always, healthy, so fresh, and for a great price. 10/10!

Fantastic customer service! Chris, the manager, is incredible. The staff is wonderful—polite and friendly. All credit goes to Chris! I visit this location every Saturday and save my calories for California Fish Grill El Segundo. My 85-year-old mother joins me every week. Looking forward to seeing you and your amazing team next Saturday. Thank you for providing the best customer service my family and I have ever experienced!

Absolutely fantastic experience! The customer service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The management truly understands the importance of excellent service. The food was delicious, and I appreciate the thoughtful approach to customer care. Additionally, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible and eager to assist customers in need. I had a great experience at the restaurant today. The staff was incredibly helpful and kept the line moving efficiently. There was a bit of a wait for the food, but that's understandable given how busy it was! The manager was outstanding in terms of customer service; I noticed him walking around, greeting customers and checking in on everyone. Overall, the entire team did an excellent job! My wife and I tried this place on a whim…while vacationing in LA. We throughly enjoyed the food and outside patio area. The people who worked here were very friendly, answered all of our questions, and were on the spot helpful. Fold was outstanding fresh Mahi Mahi for her and Salmon bowl for me. Plus very nice root beer and cream soda! Highly recommend!
