California Noodle Grill

I really enjoy having a quiet lunch at this restaurant, especially since they offer optional dine-in seating. My favorite dish is the large rare steak pho bowl. The broth is incredibly hot and delicious, with an authentic flavor that you would expect from this dish, especially if you've tried it at similar places. They also provide a side of fresh mint leaves, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeños, which adds to the experience. The staff is polite and attentive, always making sure my drink is full. I appreciate the calm and peaceful atmosphere while I eat; I never feel rushed to finish and leave. Everything I expect from a good meal is met here, and I'm happy to keep coming back for lunch.

This is totally waste of money 18 . I ordered a carry out dish no. 101 bean curd skin with shrimp rice noodle soup. The soup came in very small container. The rice noodle is a lot and 6-8 piece of cut up bean curb skin shrimp. I ask for more seasoning and all i get was bag of msg ajinomoto. See picture, clearly not enough soup. I am paying 18 for few pieces of bean curb shrimp and lotsa noodle. So not worth it. I rather eat steak for that price.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and the service was outstanding. I was craving Phó, but the server recommended the Fried Chow Mein combo plate instead. Be cautious, as it was served piping hot! The dish included shrimp and beef with vegetables over noodles, surrounded by crispy fried noodles. The flavor was mild, which was actually just what I needed because there was a flavorful broth at the bottom.

It says under New Management.. they've revamped the place! Updated their interiors and much cleaner. Helpful friendly staff. Ordered #109 requested crispy noodle instead!! It was delicious and served with a free drink! But since I checked into Yelp, I was upgraded to a free thai tea!! I've been coming here for over 10 years. I'll agree it's definitely much better now. If you're searching for the top pho restaurant in the area, this place needs to be on your must-visit list! The owners and staff are fantastic, always making sure you're well taken care of. It's perfect for large groups, and takeout is a great option too! We are truly fortunate to have them here. Food: 5/5.

The pho and noodles were absolutely delicious! I would definitely order dish #19 again. I also sampled the BBQ ribs and chow mein, both of which were great.

The egg rolls, noodles, and charbroiled pork chop are excellent. It would be beneficial to have more staff to reduce wait times during COVID.
