However, he surprised me by ordering the Original Barbeque Pizza with Chicken, while I opted for the Roasted Garlic Chicken Pizza. Our orders were taken promptly, and our drinks arrived right away. We visited the restaurant for dinner on June 9th and opted for dine-in service. While the food was quite good, the service was among the worst—if not the very worst—I’ve experienced at a major chain. I asked for bread multiple times, and though I finally received it, my request for crushed pepper was completely overlooked. I asked for more bread as well, but that never arrived either. I noticed several customers leaving after getting their drinks without anyone taking their orders. In hindsight, those customers made a smart choice. We visited on a Friday afternoon as soon as they opened at 11 AM, and I was pleasantly surprised by how busy it was. It seems to attract quite a few seniors. Our service was satisfactory, and the staff was very accommodating for our large group. My only small issue was that the personal pizza I ordered for lunch wasn't as juicy as I had expected, particularly the toppings. I'm not sure if a larger size would have been any different. Overall, it seems like this restaurant is doing quite well.

CPK is consistently a dependable option. The menu offers a variety of choices to suit different tastes, although the prices are a bit steep for what you get. The restaurant is typically clean, and the service is satisfactory. I recommend visiting during happy hour to take advantage of the half-off appetizer menu. CPK is a well known chain, this location serves it well. Rossmor can be a busy area so check availability during peak times if waiting bugs you. As a local family I also value some of their deals. The $8 take home pizza. The rewards that can have dollar discounts; saved $15 on the last visit. I probably frequent once a month to once every other month.

The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. The only drawback was that the bathroom was not clean, even at just 1 PM. The floor was dirty, and the urinal appeared rusty and old, which was surprising given that the rest of the bathroom seemed relatively modern.

The restaurant is uncomfortably cold inside. The seat cushions in the booths are too low for the tables, or tables are too high. Food was good, but not remarkable. Overall somewhat disappointed with my dining experience.
