Caminero Mexican - Reserva de mesa

Truly a hidden gem, Caminero has some of the best burritos and tacos in the valley. Their pastor is always tasty and my personal favorite, Carne Asada is also very good. If you're up early enough for breakfast, Caminero has some stellar breakfast burritos as well (among other choices). Chorizo is on point. I've had a few instances of them getting the order incorrect, but these instances are by far the exception. Additionally, I've occasionally gotten burritos that seem to be mostly beans and rice, but generally this is due to uneven distribution of ingredients. First time at Caminero's Mexican. Ordered the #12 (taco and inchalada) and two alacart inchaladas. Also one order of chips and salsa. Bill came to over 33$. I usually go to Icaramba's down the street but decided to give them a chance. Dont get me wrong, the food was good. Inchaladas were swimming in a carton of sauce but some people like that. I dont mind it but i thought it was excessive and if you dont hold your take out perfectly ballanced it spills out on all the other containers. So bottom line, I thought it was just a bit too much for what we ordered. Basically got a meal and a half and some chips for 33$. May go back and try the burrito and give that a try. had a great experience and food from Caminero, family wanted mexican food so I did a google search of places close by, found Caminero and drove over, ordered Chimi deluxe with green sauce and carne asada, it was really good and flavorful, ordered a steak fajita quesadilla and tried a couple bit and that was awesome, ordered a Cali burrito with carne asada and the wife loved it, rice and bean were good, chips and salsa were good, all in all a great family meal and everyone was full and satisfied, the lady at the counter was really nice and helpful, definitely will be going back again.

Great to-go food. Very authentic recipes. Love the enchilada sauce. Food has layers of flavor, not just one messed up bite. Addicted to this place. Wish you would expand your hours. People will come so no risk to you. You have a following! Reserva una mesa ahora

If you are lucky enough to stumble upon this gem go there. Amazing food that gets better every time. The lady there works some good magic. Stop reading and go there already. You won't be disappointed.

Ordered a California burrito and fell apart with what seemed like a stale tortilla. Was mostly just carne asada.. and beans? They at least included guacamole in the burrito… waste of money.
