Lunch at the restaurant without a hotel customer. Room empty one noon a week away from the city center. Good reception and impeccable service. The map is simple, this day roasted with calf, dorade and beef paved. To our great surprise the kitchen was absolutely delicious, the fresh products very tasted, the well balanced sauces with the dishes, the magistral beef paved, the perfect cooking, the ratatouille accompaniment just as necessary. Between us we complained to the chef to work in a dark, isolated province hotel while he would have his place in a very side restaurant. 5 well-deserved stars for this establishment, its kitchen and its reception.
I don't understand negative opinions. I spent a week there I just took the hotel but everything was very well even perfect I would say, I think people who leave negative reviews don't.The habit of the hotels, for me I travel a lot of by my profession on a good part of France and seriously it is one of the best hotel I've made with cottage hotel of st flour, so I made a hotel...to aurillac too it will not come back Thanks again for the big bed so soon
And yes it changes negative comments, certifies the decor of the rooms and the reception of the 80s but for the rest it is very well, I warmly recommend it to you. There is Wifi, electric sockets to load your phones, correct heating, no smell of humidity, a very comfortable bedding, at last I was very afraid to see all the negative comments.... So again I highly recommend it to you...
