I'm a real eating snob and was quite hesitant. do not understand me wrong, it is not michelin quality, why would it be, but everything was well cooked and a reasonable choice. it was just eating forward, not real, but well presented. that was dessertbuffet. well. the children's menu was almost as large as the adult and included a drink and dessert. the service was also really good and the manager even appreciated the fork discount. the hotel makes the job. it is quite dated and simple, but clean and good bed linen.

Nearly every room had a dog lol.I stayed here with my parents, they only had a triple room left. 2 single beds and a pull out one. Once actually pulled out, no one could get to the bathroom. 1 positive - kill power shower!!!For less you can stay here: The Auberge du Colombier - just read my review. It's just a lil drive away with secure parking.

We were helping at the Camps and returned home tired and couldn't be bothered to travel so chanced the Campanile restaurant.This wasn't superb but was not bad and was value for money served by efficient friendly staff. Good choice of food and a pudding buffet which was interesting, good selection of drinks and reasonable prices. If you stay at the Campanile I wouldn't not consider eating here for a reasonable meal at a modest price.

Had dinner which was excellent. Special mention for the starter buffet which was superb and you could revisit. This means if you are on a budget you can eat very reasonably yet have a fulfilling and tasty meal.The lady who served us was delightful and spoke good English. She recommended the Cod mainl course which was lovely.
The buffets are pretty good value. Salad buffet, dessert buffet and the buffet breakfast. Service was friendly and they do speak English. Certainly not a destination restaurant but not a bad place to eat if you're stopping overnight at the Campanile hotel.
Hotel is average, however, the attached restaurant is excellent. Excellent service and food was delicious and tastefully presented. A most pleasant surprise.
We stay here on our return trip home every year. Food is lovely and breakfast plentiful. Staff are helpful and speak good English. Dinner is always lovely.

Just stopped here one night on the way to skiing. They were very friendly and the dinner was very good with a nice glass of wine!
