Campanile Epernay Dizy Restaurant

We found ourselves here after a bad encounter at the bar on the campsite. Staff were pleasant, the environment was lovely, despite being on a busy roundabout.The starter was buffet style and the choices were superb and varied. Main course was the u dual duck, steak, frites but a couple of pleasant fish choices too and veggie options. The puddings were buffet style again and an excellent choice of small bites. I had six different puddings!Facilities were excellent, parking was easy.I would certainly go here again.

We have frequently stayed at this hotel over the years8 years ago it was fresh and looked newNow whilst the food and buffet remain good value the rooms look very tattyOurs had a threadbare blanket, the sink had a crack, the lobby light did not work, the air conditioning was broken and no hand towels were suppliedOne teabag and one UHT milk each onlyLooks like they are struggling and penny pinchingAfter 8 years it's time to find somewhere new

room very basic but nice and clean, ac was on when we went to our room (29 on first floor) but with external temp of 28 the room was oppressively hit and humid. One of the most uncomfortable hotel stays ever.

We had dinner here while staying at the hotel. The décor could use improvement. Food was good and reasonably priced. Buffet style starters and desserts if you want to add them to your meal.

A good selection of started and main dishes. A bit disappointed with the puddings. A lovely champagne on offer.
