A technician came to confirm the fault on Monday and assured me that the repairman would come the next day. Nobody came. A new technician told me that her colleague had made a mistake and that the repairer was coming the next day.... the repairer came on Thursday but couldn't do anything and that it had to be replaced. Given the bridge, the air conditioning would not be repaired until the beginning of the following week.... no one came the following week So I asked for a commercial gesture several times but the director did not deig...
Not bad. A large chalet, but badly arranged, alas. The living area was large while the bedrooms were very small. You had to crab-walk around the bed. For an ordinary late order for takeaway pizzas, I found myself in a 4th dimension: because I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with this delay (25 min) and their poor organization, I was threatened with beatings. and death! Quite disappointed with this fun milestone. Ultra quick welcome on arrival, we are given no information and no plan because it 's the end of the season, we have nothing left! (Week from August 19 to 26 anyway!!! , aging bungalow, unsecured swimming pool at the entrance, no mobile network at our location, we have to guess access to the two swimming pools by crossing the road... In short, we won 't be coming back! Excessive price for the service offered!!
Not much to say about the campsite, it's quiet, well maintained, the problem is the bar, expensive and nobody serves you when they have plenty of time and it's a minimum. Very nice campsite, great services for children and adults, nothing to say there is everything to have fun, the entertainers are top notch even the last week still there. I am not giving the 5th star because there is a lack of light everywhere in the campsite which is a bit dangerous Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5
