We stayed there for 1 week at the end of August 2023 with the family. 2 adults 2 children On arrival, a pleasant surprise, the welcoming reception told us that we had been upgraded to 6 people instead of 4 people. Alright. But after experience, several things did not suit us: the person at the bar (blonde woman) very unfriendly and unsmiling with adults and children, too bad when we are on holiday rather happy. morning pastries to be ordered the day before are limited to croissants and bread our mobile home at the bottom of the very noisy coast (a little on top of each other). This campsite does not deserve 4* We stayed there for 3 weeks in August and we are still wondering how this campsite and its managers were able to obtain this ranking... Unqualified and very unpleasant staff (especially at the swimming pool), very dirty swimming pool, we are asked to wear a swimsuit (no swimming shorts) for reasons of hygiene but no member of staff cleans the swimming pool and its surroundings daily. My son fell several times because there is moss around the pool, rather than cleaning we were asked to avoid walking in this area... funny answer! This is officially the best campsite I've been to. Management and reception team at the top and attentive to our comments. The mobile homes are clean and spacious. Sanitary and laundry always nickel. The swimming pool and slides at the campsite are awesome. The technical team is very reactive when it comes to the problem that we can find in our mobile homes. The entertainment is top notch for adults as well as for children and teenagers. We never get bored. Frankly when I read the comments of some, I wonder if we spent our stays in the same campsite. Anyway, to finish, great campsite that I can only recommend.
Very pleasantly surprised. This campsite allowed us to spend a very pleasant week of vacation, calm, family and friendly atmosphere, top swimming pools with great slides. Extremely positive point which deserves to be highlighted: the cleanliness and the more than impeccable condition of our mobile home. The location is good with the greenway and the Dordogne nearby where many activities are accessible by bike. We will come back, thank you. Safety: Quiet campsite, we feel safe. Population mainly made up of French families which is pleasant!
We spent our vacation there with two children on site. The toilets and local dishes were not clean at all! To eat in their small restaurant booked 1 week in advance because space is limited. Inflatable games not secure, my child managed to fall from two heights due to the games not being closed everywhere! Too dangerous ! The staff was non-existent! I don't find it worthy of a capfun. I will not recommend this sorry campsite. Well located campsite. Service: 1
Not very large, family-friendly campsite, with good facilities and good slides, very well located to visit the Périgord noir. The falabraque bungalows are very new and well equipped, and the attached cottage is fun for children. No welcome kit is provided, so it is important to bring everything: dishwashing product (liquid and tablets), kitchen paper, toilet paper, cloth, scouring pad, Balleta, cleaning products...
