Magic location!! Too bad for the services that leave something to be desired considering the (important) price per night. Returning from an excursion at 10pm we asked for the possibility of having dinner at around 11pm, we were told that the kitchen would close at 10.30pm and that they no longer took reservations. Right or wrong (since we were hotel guests anyway) we weren't even offered an alternative (e.g. cold dishes/room service). DO NOT ASK FOR THE LAUNDRY SERVICE; we asked to wash two shirts, one white and one blue which they washed together (moral the white shirt is to be thrown away) moreover, we were communicated sufficiently as if it were a normal thing (at least they didn't charge...

Book this place if your into nature and into a outdoor village vibe are healthy as there is plenty of walking to do unless your driving, you need transport to get to the place. the room really are for a couple unless you've got 2 children with you can not be shared by 4 adults as there isn't enough privacy. it reminded me of being back in my village, with modern amenities. staff on general are helpful. we had issues with Ac but wasn't helped (this could've been a one off thing so won't hold it against them) Breakfast was good. Comida y bebidas: Hay un bar disponible para los huéspedes las 24 horas, al que llaman "bar responsable", donde puedes tomar lo que desees sin tener que pedir, esperar, etc. Es muy conveniente. Sin embargo, también hay la opción de pedir cócteles y algo para picar o comer, lo cual probamos y fue excelente. El hotel también cuenta con un restaurante galardonado con una estrella Michelin que, sin duda, es una visita obligada. El servicio, la vista, el ambiente y la comida fueron increíbles. Hemos tenido una estancia maravillosa. La ubicación del hotel, enclavada en la naturaleza, y todos los servicios son fundamentales para disfrutar de una desconexión y relajación perfectas. Los desayunos eran fantásticos. La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda. Destaco especialmente el excelente servicio de todo el personal, que es muy atento y amable. An ideal stay. We have been super comfortable: the treatment of the top staff, the location in the middle of nature for total disconnection, the impressive restaurant (incredible rice with vegetables), the breakfast is also very rich and I love the decoration interior design !! Ein kleines Stück Paradies. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wo soll ich anfangen: die Zimmer perfekt ausgestattet , das Frühstück ein Traum . Die Auswahl an Speisen im Restaurant einfach hervorragend. Einfach ein perfekter Ort zum abschalten , runterkommen, und genießen . Wir können es kaum abwarten wieder zu kommen. Restaurant review, no hotel stay: Coming up on the gravel path into the mountains not knowing what to expect. A small oasis was awaiting us. Well received by staff this was a wonderful experience.
