I actually left in tears without ordering anything. It was my first time there and I'm trying to look at the menu which is a tv that switches between 2 slides of different options every few seconds which is really hard to focus on. It was really hard to read the descriptions of the drinks and I was forgetting what I was just read because the picture kept changing. I asked the guy there if he had a paper menu I could read and they didn't but he directed me to a spot on the wall near the back that lists some of the drink options but not all. I visited yesterday evening, and when I walked in, there was no one ahead of me. Shortly after I entered, three more people came in behind me. Although my order went in first, the sequence got messed up, and I ended up receiving my coffee last. To make things worse, the barista was extremely slow while preparing the orders. She seemed distracted, chatting with someone and looking around, which made it feel like she wasn’t focused on the task. It certainly didn’t seem like she was working efficiently on the four orders. This was incredibly frustrating. The coffee is already pricey, and I even left a tip. To receive such poor service in return is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time...
This coffee shop has become one of our most favorite coffee shops! They have some great offerings, great pastries and an incredible vibe inside. We ordered the Spanish latte, and it was genuinely one of the greatest lattes we had tried. The gentleman who took our order and brewed our latte was also incredibly kind and patient; we really appreciated his friendliness. The vibe inside is incredible and is great for relaxing, having a meeting or studying. If you like any caffeinated drinks, go here and try their brews!
