Ends to stay up close for work and found me enjoying the food and service so much in the first night I brought a few colleagues to dinner next night. So we went Saturday and Sunday evenings. The service was excellent, the food was excellent. Whether it was the pan-seared scallops with risotto or the prime rib or the salmon, I thought it was all great value for the money and would not hesitate to come back. Had the owner who started the place almost 50 years ago. Far above my expectations for what most people would think if you told Diner. Friendly staff, good food and beautiful atmosphere. What could you want more?

The food is always great! The staff is welcoming and courteous, always. I take out a lot because I work across the street and most of the time work through lunch. Geoffrey and Manolis are always kind courteous. I love their pea soup on Thursdays with their homemade croutons!! And their homemade multigrain bread is to die for! Love this place!

This diner is one of the best in New Jersey hands down! The owners are incredibly nice super-professional every time my family I go... from the burgers to the dinners we have never been disappointed. Your fried Calamari with three different diving sauce is to die. You have a customer in me for life!

some place i have frequented all my life from a young girl to mature adult. it is the place for burgers, now with outside venue and continued updates inside with even serving a cocktail their burgers are still the best.

The Candlewyck was amazing! Fabulous atmosphere, amazing food and great prices. One of the best experiences I had. We make the Candlewyck every time we visit Met Life Stadium.
