Capital City Diner

The place is lovely, easy to get to. The staff are outstanding, they're attentive and patient. But I had the French dip Baguette and fries. The beef was lovely, the bread was lovely and the fries were great. The dip however, had so much salt in it, I had to check with my sister in law (who'd had the same) to make sure it wasn't just mine. It definitely made you pucker. There was a LOT of salt. My two boys loved their food though.

Excellent meal. The portions are very generous. Had Pot Roast dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy , mixed vegetables and a salad. Wife had fish and french fries and a cup of soup. Everything was delicious and prepared perfectly. Server couldn't have been any more friendly and did a great job. Will be back.

this diner is located near crossgates mall, has a set of elements that you can choose from. unfortunately most articles are quite average. I was here.

great waitress! atmosphere was pleasant! eating was very good and extremely fast. had a Greek gyro with lamb and a Greek salate with a matzo soup.
