I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Sarah at Capitol Bistro and Bar by the Airport. With over 30 customers to manage as both a bartender and waitress, she handled it all seamlessly and with a radiant smile. From the moment I walked in, Sarah greeted me attentively, swiftly brought me a menu and a glass of water, and recommended the shrimp tempura and onion soup, which turned out to be a perfect choice for my taste buds. Nice place to grab a bite of your staying overnight near airport. Good for and drink selection, friendly service. Prices aren't crazy. Planes landing overhead remind you you're near DTW.
