The restaurant has potential but falls short in several areas. All the dishes we tried were severely underseasoned. The chicken wings looked nice, but being in an airport, I found it frustrating to struggle with the wing to get the flat part. They seemed to be baked as well, which left some parts of the skin a bit soft and chewy. The chicken Milanese desperately needed a sauce; the chicken was fried but very dry. While the shepherd’s pie was visually appealing, it lacked enough vegetables and needed seasoning with salt and pepper—it was quite bland overall. Service was very friendly, but the meal was terrible. The order was 2 eggs over easy with bacon, house potatoes, and toast. The only thing that was warm were the eggs, which were way oversalted and absolutely soaked in oil. The rest of the food was room temperature, clearly it had been sitting out for a few hours (at least) and they didn't bother to heat anything. Some of the potatoes also had the classic carrot-like bite of being undercooked. EDIT: Adding a star for the customer service reaching out and making it right. I hope the feedback also results in improved quality.

Food was good but our server Victoria was terrible. Took 20 minutes for her to even ask for our order and then another 10 to get water. She would ask us a question and if we took longer than 2 seconds to respond she would turn her back and quickly walk away. I’ve never experienced such horrible service. The only fast thing was her brining the check. I feel bad giving such a horrible review but it truly was terrible service.

Waited 20+ minutes after being sat, watched a server throw a check/pen across the floor in front of a customer who couldn’t get there pen to work to sign their check, and wasn’t helped. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere wish we hadn’t waited so long only to not be served. Not busy either! Reserva una mesa ahora

Our server, Victoria, was incredible and very attentive. I really enjoyed the brain trivia games she provided at our table; they sparked deep conversations about how to solve them. The food was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic as well!

Good food, really poor service. Was only helped when I ordered (once) and took about 15 minutes for me to finish my meal to when someone asked if I wanted another beer/check.

Mrs. Victoria was amazing . Very kind and great server . Kept us entertained with riddles and was a kind person that made This meal very enjoyable . The food was great .

Our waitress, Victoria, was so sweet and helpful. Very attentive. She gave us fun riddles to solve which was cool.
