I and my guests had the worst experience at this restaurant. We had a baby shower here yesterday and it was a disaster. The electric went out as we were welcoming our guests. Very disappointed as a happy event went to a very stressful and uncomfortable time. We went on with the shower thinking things would have worked out as we were told by the owner that it would be. However, it was degrees in the place, no ventilation, they had no back-up in the kitchen and had to work on a camping stove. After a long day of baseball and a track meet, we decided to pick up food to go. Unfortunately, when we got home, all four of our orders were incorrect. I called the restaurant to complain, and the manager went above and beyond by personally delivering new meals to my house. He was incredibly accommodating and wonderful! We had picked up food to go after a long day of baseball and a track meet. When we got home, all of our orders were wrong. I called to complain and the manager BROUGHT OVER for new meals to my house!!! He was SO accommodating and so wonderful! I had hungry tired kids and when you open up the bag and find out your order is wrong....you just want to cry. Capri, in my book, is OUTSTANDING with customer service and customer satisfaction!!!
