Today at 5:18 pm, I encountered a disturbing experience with the same employee SEHAN who messed up my order over a year ago. Despite ordering two loaded nachos, he failed to include the sauce, leaving me with dry corn chips and minimal sour cream for $15 (including a 10% Sunday surcharge). When I called to address the issue, the employee responded rudely, asking if I wanted a refund or a new order. I expressed frustration about they making the same thing different each time I order comparing the overpriced order to a $2 alternative from Coles. not usually in Sunshine, but I was getting some mods done on my car in the area and decided to try it out for lunch. Ordered the crispy chicken wrap in a meal, and it was super delicious! The serving sizes were generous, and I was barely able to finish given I just have a small appetite Chicken wrap was full of flavour, and the chips were nice and fresh An employee named Sehan took my order, and was very quick, efficient and friendly would recommend!
Absolutely loved my experience! Went to grab some chicken, chips and salad for my family and the staff were very friendly and provided great menu suggestions. The quesadilla with peri peri chips on the side is my go to meal and i absolutely love it every single time. the chicken is soft and not too dry and the tortilla is always crispy with a nice cheesey filling.
