Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, Edina

EDIT: My review has been changed to 4 stars for the following reason: I was contacted by the owner of this Capritotti 's very swiftly. By swiftly I mean he contacted me within 15 minutes of my review. He was very polite and offered to rectify the situation. Much applause to him for keeping me as a customer. Thank you, sir! Had a very poor experience at Capriotti 's today. A team member by the name of Antoine was less than helpful. When asked if I could get a side of hot sauce he explained that he was too busy to help accommodate my request. Very disappointing as this location usually has helpful employees. That, and the food usually being tasty is the only reason there is a second star.

Having lived in the birthplace of Capriottis (I lived in Delaware in thee least 80's and 90's. I can assure you that they were able To successfully export their quality to all the new restaurants that they have opened across the country Famous for the Bobby; the Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and cheese masterpiece will be an instant favorite of yours. They also have a great cheesesteak chickens cheese steak, and hot pastrami sub among other delectable sandwiches. I am very happy they finally brought one to MSP. My only complaint is that this one is in EAGAN AND NOT WHITE BEAR LAKE. Time to open a new one. 90's

Today was our first time eat at Capriotti’s, we’ll definitely be back! It would be interesting to have a different bread selection, though. Unless we just didn’t noticed alternative options, we weren’t given the option to select something other than white bread. Other than that, the quality of the meat was great and better than Jersey Mikes (which I’ve always preferred over other sandwiches shops).

This place is the best. There needs to be more south of the river. Being there is only one it is hard to get to as often as I would like. Was so happy to see one out here after eating at them in Las Vegas every time we go.

Can't say enough about this place. Must be the best sandwich chain I've ever been. Friendly staff. Fast service. Good value. Great sandwich.
