Jersey Mike's Subs

Everybody and everything seemed great except for the lady taking our order. She was taking our order while having earbuds on! I kept saying turkey and she kept asking thirteen ? I even said number 7 , she still did not understand, or maybe simply did not care to. Mind you, I do not have a foreign accent. Finally we clarify with the lady and she rudely throws the bread around. I think it 's not too much to ask for the person taking orders to not have earbuds on at work. Looks pretty bad. Maybe try a different line of work?

I went in on 09/01 this week, and we have to give kudos to the workers, they were hustling, happy, and attentive. I have to say this is the best service industry experience I had since 2020, which is surprising as this is sandwich shop with short interactions. Thank you for creating a great team!

My sandwich was not put together well at all. I ask for lettuce pickles to be added after it was done, as well as extra chipotle mayo. Didn't get anything that I asked for. It wasn't made to my liking very disappointing. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a great experience working with Dan (owner) and his team to cater a graduation party. Highly responsive, flexible, and customer-driven — and of course, Jersey Mike’s food is a SUB ABOVE! Highly recommend.

The food was delicious and the manager was fantastic. However, I found the prices to be a bit too high for the experience. The staff seemed to be working hard to keep up with demand.

I ordered the Original Italian sandwich, the meat was sliced fresh and the sandwich was made right in front of me. The food was good and the service was quick and friendly.

Solid Philly sammies here, and I know my Philly's. Employees are very pleasant, as well, and they pay attention to salubrity in their restaurant.

I received a coupon for a free sub for my birthday, but the manager refused to provide the sub.
