I usually don't complain about customer service because I understand that there are many fast food outlets that are understaffed, the employees are stressed and the service will be slow. But to scream, to disregard and basically say that they were "not aware that we are out on the way through unacceptable. When we arrived at 5 pm, an older gentleman was on foot with a cannon on the ride by trying to place an order. He had looked at the menu for quite ahile and tried to get an answer to the intercom so that he could place his order. Great food for fast seafood. Baked fish and shrimp skewers. Cooked just right. The person who takes order brings it to you and checks on you to ensure it 's all good..the lady who is behind the counter leading is a familiar face.. on staff for a lot of years. Dedicated . Clean. Efficient. Good selection of side orders. Thank you team Cayce !

The lady at the window was very polite and gave us everything without seeming like she was rushing or irritated, which is refreshing these days with the current state of customer service. The food on the other hand was skimpy, greasy and BLAND. The only thing that was good enough to actually eat was the fish. The fries were stone cold.

The food isn't bad and it is quick. Service is good. I do wish the meal prices included a drink. They advertise a meal for less than $5, but that isn't the case once a drink is added. They remodeled this location not too long ago and it really does look so much nicee.

Don't waste your time with this location. The doors are locked. Loud rap music playing on the speakers outside. No sign at all on the sign or front door stating they are closed. Don't waste your time or gas going to this location..

Courtesy, smiling faces and food was freshly cooked. The food was prepared in time in the Drive-Thru. All records were exactly as I ordered them (Nothing was missing). Still closed for Covid.

The Captain D's is better than aiken on Whiskey Rd., due to the taste of food, portions, the extremely clean dining area. Staff are so friendly and it's my way when I'm with Columbia.

How to burn fish n I waited over 30mins in the drive thru for cold n burn fish do not have to worry that I come back here corn on the coal without the stick only smh

I don't care what anyone says, I love this place Not sure why this place gets a bad rap, I guess fast food seafood just doesn't appeal to most folks.
