Captain Harry's Ridge Crab House

This used to be my favorite place for crabs, but I think I might have to stop coming here. Over the past year or two, I’ve noticed a few bad ones, but my first order this year was the worst yet. I ordered a dozen medium crabs (which were actually small) over the weekend, and out of the 12, 5 were bad. The meat was really mushy and gritty. I'm not sure if they were overcooked or had been dead too long before being prepared, but it was really disappointing to only enjoy a little over half of what I paid for.

This place is a friggin HIDDEN JEM!The medium crabs were definitely the smallest you can legally call medium sized crabs.But my GOD, they were stuffed with crab meat, and they were so fresh, so juicy, and not a bad crab in the 2 dozen we ate.They shrimp was amazingThe corn was amazing.And the price was the best around.I will absolutely be back!Oh and they were super nice and friendly as well.

The crabs taste great and always affordable compared to other places. The crabs are always a good size, full of meat and very timely for cooked to order. I love this place and I don't see any reason to go elsewhere. Can't go wrong with them.

Got a dozen jumbos $120. All were legit and heavy. Seasoned well, but not overkill. Steamed perfectly. Easy to order and ready when I got there. Staff was friendly.Very satisfied!! Kudos to Harry’s! Reserva una mesa ahora

The crabs were of a good size and absolutely delicious. The corn was sweet and tasty as well. The staff were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back soon!

We absolutely loved the crabs we bought last Friday! They were sweet and meaty. The restaurant always offers an excellent selection and top-notch service.

Fresh caught daily from the Chesapeake bay....seasoned perfectly...always heavy....delicious.
