The experience was just mediocre overall. The layout of the bar and restaurant is too segmented, and there could be a better design to create a more open atmosphere. They do have karaoke nights with acoustic performances. The staff was inconsistent—sometimes friendly and attentive, but other times not. On the plus side, there is parking available. One thing to watch out for is that they automatically add gratuity even for a single-person tab, which was not mentioned by the bartender upfront. As a result, we ended up over-tipping, and I can't believe how much we spent for just two people drinking beers over three hours. I probably won't be coming back.
Still a nice place for food. Inside is pretty outdated with a slight smell. Food and service are great. Now that the car wash is there the parking lot is a little dicey. I visited for Oktoberfest and the food was fantastic! The portion sizes were just right, and our waitress was very efficient. I couldn't ask for more! I'm definitely planning to return for another delightful German meal.
