I do like there food BUT the location is looking a little crunchy. ? I hope they are sanitizing well.The drive up window needs a wipe down and the old tape removed.One caution: I used a card there back a while to buy my physicians office a surprise lunch.Several weeks later I had fraudulent charges on that card.I didn't vet it... to pin it on them (charges were reversed by the card company).BUT I hadn't used that card in years (my emergency use only), the fraudulent charges were made in Southfield at a store which is 10 mins from that Captain Jay's location, and the charges were for a female item which it was a young girl that processed my payment that day.If you visit this location pay in c...

She said hello and open up the windows dont repeat my order yell out my price while she talking to someone else scratching her hair uggghhh and then doesn't say thank you. Everyone wants to know did I eat the food no cause it was half cooked and I didnt want an incident so I threw it away. WATSE of money and time! But know what gets more than my order and experience going left is....I dont see no one from their corresponsive team saying anything like we're sorry for your experience and we'll do better on none of these comments. So for that...I wont return and advise no one else to go! Save your money.....
I had to come on and do a review!! Everytime I come to this location. Stephanie is always nice and respectful, store is always clean. She is never on the phone when taking orders. She just always on point so I had to ask her name this time because my experiences with her has always been exceptional! I live around the corner from another captain jays, they always on they cell phone talking talking the order, me having to repeat myself I would rather but i rather drive to her location, food has always been fresh when I arrive, she always up sell something lol and it’s constant because when she not there I get the same service. Keep up the great work y’all are a great team up there.
I order a couple chicken tenders, fries, and wings. When I called I asked if they had any seasoned fries and regular fries they said they didn’t have any seasoned but they had regular so I got a box of regular fries but ended up giving me seasoned fries. But I let that slide until I opened the box of tenders and looked for bbq sauce and there wasn’t any in the bag and some other sauce the guy put in there spilled and I got a drink but kept spilling in the car.

Chicken is old!!! They should be ashamed. It was not fresh. Just dropped in grease and refried. Guess I should have known since all the signs said no refund, they’ll just remake the food. You’ll just get some more old chicken!!! I’ll never go there again!!!Prepare to be sick if you dare to go!!!
The Fried chicken needed some salt. The wing dings with spicy Asian sauce was DELICIOUS! I have tried these wings in the past (different location) and the wings with parmesan seasoning or no seasoning except S&P were extremely tasty! Forgot to take pics.A must try place for chicken wings.
I was disappointed with the food the chicken wasn't seasoned or cooked thoroughly. The service was lacking friendliness no smiles it's just a job and I'm just going my job kind of attitude.
There was a long line, but the cashier remained cool,calm and fast. She gave exceptional service. I will definitely return

Everything cooked hard as hell! No taste. The cashier was nice. That's why they get 2 stars.
