Capt'n Chucky's Crab Cake Co Huntingdon Valley

Being a Friday in Lent, I stopped in afternoon to get some seafood for me and my wife. They hooked me up with four of theit signature crab cakes, The Smith Island ones, and a pound of his Jumbo Shrimp. Wow! I cooked up the crab cakes with some fresh yellow squash and a baked potato. The cakes were perfect and the jumbo shrimp, awesome! There was much left for breakfast the next day. I put the remainder of the shrimp, crab cakes and baked potato in the frying pan with chopped red bell pepper, onion, hot Italian Sausage and cooked them up together with garlic powder, black pepper and truffle oil from Italy. Researched seafood places particularly market types came across this place. Decided to give it a try in May. I ordered Smith Island Crab Cakes, Stuffed Mushrooms and Jumbo Wild Caught Gulf of Mexico Steamed Shrimp. The absolute best shrimp ever. Taste, quality and freshness are outstanding. Definitely will purchase from here more often. Highly recommend.

I ordered both regular and gluten-free crab cakes on July 2nd. The regular ones were just okay and not as good as I remember. Unfortunately, the gluten-free crab cakes didn't taste good at all. I'm not sure what happened, but they used to be much better.

The food is excellent, and the service is top-notch. My only concern is the inconsistency in their hours of operation. Last month, they were closed on Mondays, and this month they've changed to being closed on Tuesdays. Reserva una mesa ahora

Crab cakes are fresh. Shrimp is always a good size and ready to serve. Strombolis, I have to try but they are from a great place in Roxborough. Well worth the visit for yummy fresh sea food n cocktail n tartar sauces

I visit this place frequently! The seafood is amazing, and the salads are even better! Everything is homemade and delicious! I highly recommend it—trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

I visited the day before Father's Day and found the restaurant not crowded. I tried their signature cakes, which were very good, though on the pricier side.
