Three of us had a delicious bagel at Capulus, we all chose Oslo, smoked salmon with cream cheese and dill, two in a poppy seed bagel, the other in a sesame seed one. All were very tasty and served by the very friendly owner who spoke good English. The bagels were both delicious and very filling, keeping us all full until dinner that evening. We'll definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend this cafe.
Friendly manager, who gives a lot of her and energy for the place! I went there on several occasions when I lived in Albi, and I went back there on occasion when I passed. I recommend:
Very nice little restaurant. The two people who are busy with us were very nice and pleasant. Bagels are very good and cheap. The most is that practically all ingredients are fresh.

Lovely atmosphere, great bagels and very friendly staff. Also offers wifi so ideal to work or even read in the afternoon or stop for a quick lunch.
This lady is lovely. Very good products. If we add this sun terrace and be in excellent company it was a moment of happiness
