Where do I even begin. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt like this brewery delivered so below my expectations, it was worth writing a review. I’d like to start by saying that there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. We ordered food and beer at the same time, after asking about our beers after 20 minutes, they were finally delivered to us. We ordered the broccoli appetizer and two mains. It was requested that the cheese on the broccoli be served on the side as one of our people has a dairy allergy. The broccoli was brought out 30 minutes after our order was placed with cheese all over it. The server told us “I know you asked for it without cheese but I was thinking you could...

Let’s see who really reads the reviews! We have been to the Carbondale Beer works every year for a few years now. Food was good. Beer was good. Server Victor was good. Sadly another person came out delivering food and spoke to our group in a less than friendly manner and tone! If we need to address an issue fine but talk to people like that? I couldn’t get out of there fast enough! I won’t be back!

The restaurant grows their own hops and it is evident that they have a passion for every drink they serve. If you're having trouble choosing, don't be afraid to ask for a flight. While you're there, make sure to try a scrub. Personally, I always opt for the chicken tacos.

During my visit to the city from Colorado, I stumbled upon this restaurant. I tried the Belgian beer, which was one of the best I've ever had. I am eager to return and sample the other beers they offer. I highly recommend stopping by this place. Reserva una mesa ahora

I absolutely love Carbondale Bier Works. Every Monday evening, the chef creates a delicious new meat-free option. The beer is great, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is delicious!

The atmosphere was good as well as the food but it was pretty slow service, I think I only saw three waitstaff to cover the indoor and outdoor tables as well as the bar
