Where do I even begin. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt like this brewery delivered so below my expectations, it was worth writing a review. I’d like to start by saying that there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. We ordered food and beer at the same time, after asking about our beers after 20 minutes, they were finally delivered to us. We ordered the broccoli appetizer and two mains. It was requested that the cheese on the broccoli be served on the side as one of our people has a dairy allergy. The broccoli was brought out 30 minutes after our order was placed with cheese all over it. The server told us “I know you asked for it without cheese but I was thinking you could...
Let’s see who really reads the reviews! We have been to the Carbondale Beer works every year for a few years now. Food was good. Beer was good. Server Victor was good. Sadly another person came out delivering food and spoke to our group in a less than friendly manner and tone! If we need to address an issue fine but talk to people like that? I couldn’t get out of there fast enough! I won’t be back!
Such a great place to eat and have some beers with friends. This pub has a great environment, a friendly staff and an even better selection of craft beer. My kids enjoyed the burgers and Mac and cheese. My wife and I indulged in the BBQ pulled pork. We also tried a couple of different beers and hard seltzer. Both great!! This pub is a reason to come back to town.
The atmosphere was good as well as the food but it was pretty slow service, I think I only saw three waitstaff to cover the indoor and outdoor tables as well as the bar

Stopped in for a dinner with our bachelor party, and McKayla and the crew were super friendly and accommodating the whole evening. The wings and nachos are solid!
Friendly staff and nice environment. However, I got food poisoning here last night from BBQ sandwich.
The food here is so tasty and fast. Lots of options. Sophia was an amazing bartender. Wow!
