Just enjoyed my first visit to Cardamon. I arrived at 19:30 on Monday 4th and there was only one other table occupied which was a bit of a surprise. The menu was presented smartly and showed a wide variety of interesting sounding dishes which were well explained. I chose the Meat Bilate Mirchi (stuffed pepper) and on the advice of the host the Staff Curry with Pilau rice. Both courses arrived very promptly and were very well presented. Both were highly flavoursome and would rank near the very top of all of the Indian (Bangladeshi) restaurants that I have visited over many many years. Without a doubt, the best curry house in Cheshire with outstanding food, attentive customer service and superb decor the place and whole dining experience is unrivalled. From the good reviews it looks like this restaurant has loyal local following but we found it didn't really match our experience. The interior looks ok with subdued lighting but our side alcove was tired and the leather seats cut/ripped so we are sitting on torn leather and foam. The starter was a standard relish tray but came straight from the fridge so it was too cold and we found a couple of the sauces too thin rather than a little thicker than normal to stay on the poppadoms (even being colder! We have been visiting this restaurant for years and our most recent 'date night' experience was no different! The staff welcomed us warmly and took the time to chat with us and offer recommendations. The food and drinks were of high quality, especially the lamb dishes like khushbu, chilli massalla, roshni, and tandoori. The lamb was always cooked perfectly and the accompaniments, especially the garlic naans, were delicious. We are already excited for our next visit. Thank you, Cardamon team!

Visited here a few times, i have to say it never disappoints, the food the ambience and the staff are amazing The food is cooked fresh and the spices are perfect, cant fault it its such vfm the lamb is so tender, The venue is spotless and the decor is gorgeous, i would 100% recommend this lovely place it really is worth a visit.
I traveled from Cumbria to dine at this restaurant while staying with family nearby. We had a fantastic meal, with great service and generous portions of delicious food. It was one of the best Indian meals I have ever had. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful dining experience.
We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant after not visiting for a long time, and it's clear why it's ranked number one! The staff and food were excellent. We had the set meal for 2 and will definitely be coming back again.
Very impressive. Really enjoyed the food. The hot dish I had was hot, but you could really taste the flavor of the dish. The staff were really nice and attentive and should mention Ash as one.
