We already felt a bit apprehensive after hearing as we sat down from one of our party that the men's toilet were in a horrendous dirty state. It was only 7pm and really quiet in there so I'm not sure why the loo was like that. Our waiter was ok but he dropped the leather menus so hard on the table it made us jump. When another party member asked for a glass of wine he asked him how many glasses. Cutlery came but no napkins until we asked for them. All little things and no big deal but the whole evening had a bit of a Fawlty towers feeling about it when these small things add up. Food was fine but nothing special. Absolutely blown away yet again with this restaraunt. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the service is outstanding in every way. The food is of the highest quality. And the staff are more than happy to help you choose a dish if your not sure of what to order. Prices are cheap compared to the level of taste and freshness in the meals... I highly recommend anyone to book a table here for a truely excellent dining experience. Thanks to all the staff
I was taken to this restaurant by a friend, I've got to say I'm not a big Indian food fan. So, although the food was good and tasty, what made it for me was the service by the two young men who looked after us. They explained everything to me, led me through the courses, and attended to our every need. Thank you for brilliant night, and I will return the next time I'm in Stockton Heath. Service: Dine in
Excellent restaurant, great service and very tasty, flavoursome, authentic Bengali food. Restaurant is on the first floor, above Nandos, but there is lift access. It is very clean and well decorated.
