we came for mothers day and for a 10th high season meal, at which arrival I asked for a menu was told to me that the food served buffet style at £17.95 for adults and £9.50 for children. I was appalled that the buffet...is made of white rice, which had burned clearly at the lower rice and drowned in ahuh, fried chicken, curry mutton, hake fish and kohl. on the table there were small plates of herb without servier spoons. I was not impressed with this restaurant. The organization was lacking, as the room was not ready upon arrival for our family event. The buffet service provided food that was not hot and lacked freshness, leading to complaints from some guests. The selection of food was limited, especially the curry, and the vegetarian and vegan options were disappointing despite being requested in advance. Tap water had to be requested, which is typically provided as a standard in a restaurant. Service was lacking, as there was no one checking on our experience and plates were slow to be cleared. Our church group booked a table for 11 people at Caribba for fellowship on Friday, August 19, 2022, based on positive reviews. We provided our meal choices in advance as requested, but the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Service was slow, staff were inexperienced, and there were issues with meal delivery and availability. The prices were inconsistent, the portions were small, and the overall experience was unpleasant. The manager tried to justify the poor service, but it was clear that Caribba fell short of expectations. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant. We reluctantly give it 1 star.

One of the worse restaurants I’ve ever been too! The restaurant had the orders 24hrs before before we arrived and still they didn’t have the correct food! Then when the food came out for the guests it didn’t come out together which meant when some...people finished their food the others had started theirs. The service was ****. The food was cold!!! And for the price you pay for a meal at this restaurant your much better going to a caribbean takeaway to pay less and get more for your money. like a caffe as a restaurant. no tablecloth serviettes, spices or table center priece. no steamy vegetables on the menu. only a choice of Escoveitch fish that hake. wein not even presented in a weinkucket. no water served and had to ask. food proportions small, although tasteful ok. the restaurant was an auto hour away, it was not worth it, it will not recommend and will not visit again. very disappointing

Have visited quite a few times sat eve with friends so thought I would book again for daughters birthday once again was not let down food was amazing all tried different dishes and all shared each other’s not disappointed mmmm cocktails and punch finished the...eve off a treat service from the girls was excellent again

Purchased three takeaways today and can honestly highlight the quality of the food as excellent. We enjoyed curry mutton and rice and peas plus hake and white rice all with salad and colesaw. Portion size was very generous. Very pleasant service too. Look forward to...dining in and visiting the cocktail lounge

what a nice personal, clean, nice background cooling music. To be honest, the most amazing steak I've ever had. we had a wonderful meal.
