Hello, I'm absolutely disappointed with your restaurant! we came with friends to spend a good time for the fireworks and it was a real disaster, we stayed more than 2h30 in your restaurant and we had only 1 bottle of water throughout the service and yet it was super hot out! Not only did we have a waitress not at all pleasant to half that we disturb her to have something! Just horrible !Bad service even not a lot of people. I went there now more then one time and it is always the same. It is incredible that you have to go to the bar and order yourself even if they have four people to do the service !Waitress no experience at all, barkeeper no experience at all no knowledge about any type of alcohol that is proposed even if on the menu...To expensive drinks if you ask for something else then a beer.Only positive point, barkeeper was friendly and made me some Cocktails as I explained her how to do.The owner should be aware today about the bad service but I do not have the impression that he really cares. very nice atmosphere with a wide choice of beer including that with maple syrup. We chose the burgers. The meat was very good, but there was too much sauce, which completely spoiled the taste, it's a shame. The bread wasn't grilled and didn't look like **** bread. The fries were not good at all. for the price of 15 euros I find it a little expensive in view of the mediocrity of the meal. apart from that, the staff is very friendly. I'm very disappointed with the caribou, I'm used to going, but we waited 50 minutes before being served. It was necessary to complain to other servers than our waitress and we were served a few minutes later, I think we were forgotten. I ordered a poutine, which I used to be, which was a vanilla. We discovered the coffee caribou and it is an address that we are not ready to forget. the restaurant room overlooking the vienne is just beautiful, the dishes very very copied. We have priced the maple salad in the inlet and a royal poutine but we couldn't finish our plates....Created Trophy and so more room for dessert... good damage.
