I usually do not leave negative reviews but the service experienced today at 6:25pm was literally the worst.Waited awkwardly while the young man with dark hair and a facial piercing finished taking his selfie AND sent it to whomever.He declined my payment multiple times then when i let him know it may be his machine…he asked me to order AGAIN! My payment went through.Sir….you may need the coffee, not me lol the barista with red braids was very kind and did a wonderful job. I’ll visit the local Starbucks next time for better customer service.
I had never been to this place before; I live in Woodstock, and I don't think there are any locations near me. While I was doing some DoorDash deliveries in the area, I spotted this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Wow, it was the best vanilla white mocha latte with caramel swirl I’ve ever had in my life! The cashier was incredibly sweet, and I wish I had caught her name. I might consider driving an hour just to get this latte again. I highly recommend it—10/10!
A great place for a delicious cup of coffee. Go in and order your coffee and sit down and enjoy. Very friendly . Very comfortable. Outside tables for warmer weather. Only wish this place was closer to us. These wonderful shops are getting fewer and farther apart. Please, please support them and keep their unique shops around. You will love everything here.
It’s the quality of the manager Kenny, and several of the employees whom I enjoy seeing and talking with. They keep me coming back, plus the quality of the drinks that I get. Apples to apples, Caribou beverages are better than Starbucks’.
