Caribou Coffee - Reserva de mesa

I have been coming here for the past few years and with the last month or two the drinks and bagels aren't as good. Things don't taste as fresh. You can't get the bagel you want and the drinks are not right. I've been coming here for convenience because it's close and I like caribou and bagels. The last drink I got was way too sweet, seemed like there was no espresso in it. It's just this location and it's gotten sloppy. Please look at quality. It's just not as good anymore. I should add this is for the drivethru experience and not dine in. It is a nice store.

This location has a very busy drive thru, which leads to rushed drink-making. The last couple of times I’ve been here, my cappuccino has looked like a latte, and my companion’s drink hasn’t come with the extra espresso shot ordered. I’d rather wait in line a few extra minutes for the baristas to make each drink order perfectly. We look forward to a foamy cappuccino and strong campfire mocha when we splurge on Caribou.

Fast and friendly service. Since Einstein's bagels is attached to here there is a bigger kitchen aspect so getting food is faster than a typical basic Caribou coffee spot. Place is clean and the seating arrangements/decor are very nice. The schmear bites were ok, just hot dough with hot cream cheese. They should have different flavors added inside for more variety.

Told manager via phone call, as I waited in drive through, staff at the window was eating then handed people food and drinks. I asked the staff to please put gloves on. With covid I felt this was not sanitary. I'm pretty sure staff get breaks. Reserva una mesa ahora

this is a caribou coffee and a stone bagels all at a place. there was a fast and friendly service. the tables could be cleaned better and operated faster. there is also no area to discard used baskets.

they have the best latte in richfield as well as wonderful sandwiches! look at her pumpkin laugh! their drive-up service is just as good as their in-store service. they are always friendly and helpful!

This Caribou drive-thru is pretty okay. However, the manner in which their drive-thru is set up is horrible. I definitely see an accident happening.

Employee at window seemed cold, and didn’t speak. Food and drink was great, but service felt like I shouldn’t of been there.
