This Caribou Coffee location will permanently close its doors on 6/13/22. I have never been disappointed when visiting Caribou Coffee locations. They are often less busy than Starbucks, but in my opinion, the staff is typically better trained and the dine-in experience is more comfortable. My favorite drink to order here is an iced turtle mocha breve, which they make very tasty, although it could use more ice. The dine-in menu is limited, but they are welcoming to customers bringing in outside food. Next door is a Papa John's restaurant. I would never. come to this caribou again. I put in my order and seen other people put in their order after me and received their order before me. So I asked the server. Was I missing something because I've seen other people. Get their order before me when I've put in My order before these people. She Said what did you order. I said a medium caramel cooler. She looks at Her screen and says I over looked it and I'm sorry.....moral of the story is slow down and pay attention. But they've lost a paying customer.
I have had a fantastic experience at this restaurant so far. They actually pay attention to my order and make my drink correctly. This is exactly what I mean by light ice and I appreciate it, along with the 7 pumps of caramel. The staff here are always friendly, warm, and welcoming. Thank you for your hard work and for making my mornings better. I drive past two other Caribou locations just to come to this one, and it's worth it. The service at the other locations is awful... I'm happy I found this one.
The staff was super awesome. There was a lot of people in the store when I was there and the staff did a great job at staying on top of everything. The only thing that was disappointing was that I ordered a large ice crafted press and it came with over half foam. By the time the foam settled (I waited to drink it until then) it looked like this. I don’t know if this is common but it was kind of a bummer to have ordered a large and have half of it empty.

I ordered two large drinks yesterday but received one large and one medium instead. I didn't realize this until I got home. When I called the restaurant, I couldn't reach anyone. The next morning, I went back to inform them and ordered another drink. They offered to upgrade the size of my drink, but unfortunately, it didn't have the caramel flavor I had asked for. This is the third time in the past three weeks that my orders have been incorrect.
Was told they would only make one pumpkin flavored drink per customer due to limited ‘pumpkin flavoring’. Sweet, you guys really, realllllly budget that pumpkin huh? You’re the only place in the Midwest in short supply haha. Whatever, better coffee places elsewhere where they aren’t as SUS as a dollar tree.
I'm not sure who is in charge of fixing the nitro and cold press machines at this restaurant, but I had to leave for the third time today because none of them were working. Does the leadership team not address maintenance issues?
The staff at this restaurant is fantastic! They listened to my order and made it just right!
