The service at this restaurant was extremely slow and disorganized. It took 20 minutes for our orders to be taken, 40 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and over an hour for our food to be served. When the food finally came, it was incorrect multiple times, with one dish missing all the seafood. The manager admitted that this was not normal and did not offer a proper apology. It seemed like the kitchen was in chaos. I understand that they may be understaffed, but perhaps they should consider seating fewer tables so they can provide better service to those who are there, especially during promotions like endless shrimp where customers expect multiple rounds without waiting for hours.
The restaurant was extremely busy for a Saturday, but we only had to wait about 15-20 minutes. Our waiter was fantastic, constantly keeping our drinks and biscuits filled. The food was great, just like always. Next time, I need to try something different and save some space for dessert!
The food at this restaurant was outstanding, although there was a loud birthday party happening behind us. Our waitress seemed to be new, but she managed everything effectively. Despite a few minor disruptions, I would certainly think about coming back to this place in the future.

We enjoyed a quiet dinner. The weather kept people home, so it was nice to get in right away. The food was hot and the service was great. Can't ask for more than that.
Our server, Sela, was fantastic—prompt, friendly, and well-informed about the menu. I would definitely return.
The 3 types of shrimp for $18 was a steal. Ever bite was delicious and tried a couple of new drinks.
