The staff at Caribou Coffee should improve their accuracy and speed in making drinks. I ordered twice, and both times my drinks were made incorrectly. The drive-thru speaker quality is very poor—I had to repeat my order 2 to 3 times for the barista to hear me, despite no music playing, being close to the speaker, and minimal wind. For a small-town location, the first few months are crucial. Please make improvements to avoid closing down. Update 10/22/2020: They have greatly improved since my first visits. Great job to everyone at the Glencoe location! Thank you!
