Ron of Japan Steakhouse - Northbrook

Been going to this restaurant when the waitresses were wearing kimonos and all the chefs and wait staff were Japanese. The past few years, have brought about changes and it is reflected in the way the food is prepared. Appears that the newer chefs have a mind that is their own. Food is not prepared the same. I was totally disappointed. FYI. This was the first time since the pandemic that I have eaten out at a restaurant.

The restaurant is very out of date needs major facelift, actually dirty looking. . Very pricey for what we got we were actually very disappointed. We should of just canceled and left.

our chef last night was amazing and so beautiful. we had a group of children and he was so nice to them. many thanks for having my daughter birthday special

They give you less food than they used to. The chef only gave me ONE shrimp for my crown combination. Disappointing.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Never again will go there! TERRIBLE customer service terrible food
