This is one of the most reliable Caribou locations I’ve ever been to. I worked downtown for several years, and I can say that this spot consistently serves high-quality drinks while making you feel appreciated as a customer. You might experience a bit of a wait during busy times, but that's simply due to the volume of patrons they serve.
I visit 2-3 times a week, and most of the time I only get regular coffee, but I really enjoy the atmosphere and the staff is always friendly and excellent, if slightly eccentric! Use the app to order ahead if you're in a hurry, as midweek mornings tend to see the line out the door.
Been through a few times during the morning rush and it's a bit of a wait but it's extremely busy. Staff always seems to be working well together and as efficiently as possible. The only downside is it's a small space and it gets uncomfortably crowded while waiting.

The staff was extremely quick; I received my coffee almost immediately. While I was sitting outside working on my laptop, one of the employees, Zak, came out and offered to get me water or anything else I needed. Excellent service!
This time they had what I wanted in stock. The last time they had a special on half price caramel high rise they actually ran out of caramel. One would think they would plan ahead for that.
This café is fantastic. The baristas are incredibly friendly and truly exceptional at what they do. One in particular consistently goes above and beyond. I'm a huge fan!
