Had a hard time deciding off the menu, employee Ashley (later found out she's the manager) made a great recommendation based on what I like offered light ice since I had mentioned I didn't like a lot of ice lolEvery step of the way she was attentive and friendly, and even in a 5 minute or shorter interaction I felt well served! Also, the drinks here are always consistent whenever I order. Definitely a great place for a quick stop and a great cup o coffee.
the staff here are so lovely. they're always super quick, friendly, and happy to explain the menu or make a recommendation.a few weeks ago my mobile order was made incorrectly. however, when i stopped in again a few days later, staff spoke to me about it personally AND added free drink credits to my account.next time you're headed to caribou, choose this location and always tip!
I've had one of their tins of mints from a friend for years (mints were awesome and they don't have them now) so finally made it to Minneapolis myself, had to try out their coffee. I'm not a connoisseur by any means, but after walking around the city a flavored coffee was a great choice!! Loved the wood ceiling!
Giving 2 stars, my cashier seemed a bit intimidated and didn't even ask any question. The service was fast but my drink details were pretty much ignored and wasn't constructed correctly at all. As a former employee at this location all i have to say is; do better. Reserva una mesa ahora
Ashley consistently knows how to prepare my turtle cooler perfectly. I highly recommend this Caribou location over all others in Minneapolis. Her customer service, along with that of her coworkers, is exceptional!
I ordered 6 extra-large mango black iced teas through the Caribou app, and they were ready for pick-up when I arrived at the Caribou location inside Lunds Byerlys in downtown Minneapolis. Thank you!
I really like this location the staff is always really friendly. Gus and Sebastian are super personable and always remember my order. Would recommend if you’re in town
