When I looked at it, the employee asked if everything was okay, and I explained that a latte consists of about 50% milk or egg nog, and I asked for it to be remade. They did make a new one, but then a manager-like person came to the window and scolded me for ordering that drink. I felt like I was being reprimanded for doing something wrong, and she told me that in the future they can only give me a splash of egg nog.
I kindly pointed out that this is a menu item and that I have ordered it successfully at other locations. She simply replied that their location doesn’t offer it that way. I believe that when you’re paying a premium for a drink listed on the menu, you should receive a quality...
Least favorite Caribou location. I've witnessed a manager yelling at the nice girls working there and that's not okay. I'll place a drink order in the app before I get there, but never food, because this location seems to run out of things quickly or just doesn't order when they're supposed to, so I always want to check in person if they have any food I want BEFORE I've already paid for it. I'm willing to negotiate on a drink if any ingredients for a DRINK aren't available, but FOOD is never negotiable. I don't want something else to eat and I don't want app credit I can only use there, I either want what I paid for or I want my money back!
I just visited the drive-thru and had an amazing experience! The service was outstanding, and the drinks were fantastic! I really wish I had caught the name of the lady who served me. She was so friendly and lively, even though our interaction was brief. The customer service was excellent! We ordered two medium blended caramel high rises and an iced white mocha latte, and everything was perfect! Thank you, Caribou!
I've never had a bad experience here ever--the staff is so personable and it's more like talking to friends than a customer/staff member interaction. Great customer service is so important and this location is doing it right!! Keep up the good work everyone.

Excellent and prompt customer service! The atmosphere is cozy, and there's outdoor seating by a lovely pond with a fountain. They also have a drive-thru option.
A lovely coffee shop! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I tried the Lumberjack sandwich, and it was delicious. Definitely a place worth visiting!
